The Province of St. Joseph reaches from Michigan to Montana and into Central America. Headquartered in Detroit, MI, the current Provincial Council consists of (L-R) Mark Carrico, Robert Smith (provincial vicar), John Celichowski, (provincial minister), Francis Voris, and Mark Joseph Costello. Terms last 3 years. During a term of office, council members' lives are dedicated to serving the brothers and ministries within the province.
