The Capuchin Memorials (Seraphic) Mass Association:
A spiritual gift can be sent to honor someone or in memory of someone
The spiritual gift of enrolling a loved one in the Association is ideal for:
- A remembrance of a deceased love one,
- An expression of sympathy
- The celebration of a special occasion
Types of spiritual gifts include Certificates and Cards include:
- Padded Leatherette Perpetual Enrollment folders, 8" x 10".
- “Spiritual Bouquet” and “With Sympathy” Perpetual Enrollment Certificates, 8 x 10".
- Special Occasion Enrollment cards
A certificate or card is not needed to enroll a person. If you so desire, you can send us the name of the person(s) you wish to enroll, whether you wish a perpetual or annual enrollment, and whether the person is living (L) or deceased (D). Enrollments may be perpetual, or made on an annual basis
Additional helpful information includes
- A family perpetual enrollment includes all living and deceased children, parents, brothers and sisters of both spouse
- You can request by phone, mail or internet a supply of certificates or cards to keep on hand. They will be sent to you without obligation, with the understanding that you will send in the name(s) of those you later wish to enroll along with your contribution
The Capuchin Memorials Mass Association shares its support with Capuchin Franciscan Friars in developing countries throughout the world.

Padded Leatherette Perpetual Enrollment Folders
These beautiful hardbound maroon folders can stand alone or on a mantel, dresser or table. The open folder reveals a sacred picture on one side, and a text panel on the other.
Two types of folders are available: the Family and the Sympathy Folder. The recommended donation is $25.
